Everything was fine. May be except smoking in a tiny lobby and the towels. Too small. Could you fix it? We gonna stay at your hotel again. Thank you for a nice stay.

Dear Ekaterina, Mary and Michel,
according to our hotel rules we have only non smoking rooms. Guests are allowed to smoke only in a lobby bar, unfortunately we can't change it.
As for the towels, - we are planning to change them to bigger ones, which will be more comfortable for the guests. Thank you very much for your comments and hope we will see you again in our hotel.

The Hotel is clean, neat, breakfast is good. Hotel staff helpful and concerned. The location is awesome, just 20 seconds walk to Nevsky Prospekt. We had a great time in St. Petersburg at the new year. Thank you for your friendly environment. Selen Turkoglu

The quiet and central location, the friendly staff. I liked the room, the coffee and porridge. There would not be any mineral water sold unless the hotel bar was open, so I always had to buy the water outside.

Dear Maria, thank you for your comments. We are sorry to make you to buy water outside. But our bar works only from 11 a.m. till 11 p.m.. Now we have a boiler with hot and cold drinking water near Reception which you can use any time you like.

It's an excellent hotel for the money. The location is great and they include a wonderful breakfast. They have paid a lot of attention to detail, especially in the bathroom. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. It's a little difficult to find the entrance. It is in the inner courtyard, though the archway, but one wouldn't know that from the signs which are placed tin three places on the stre ... read more

Thank you for your comments. Right now we're ordering additional street signs showing the way to the hotel which will help guest to find the entrance quickly.
