Your staff members are friendly and welcoming; the overall design of your property is such that our customers felt relaxed and at home. It was truly a pleasure to work with Ms. Elena Grigorieva as she assisted us during the reservations process. Ms. Grigorieva was very helpful and accurate. She provided dependable and reliable information in a timely manner, and represented M-Hotel wonderfully! Her customer service skills are excellent. Our VIP customer from the US, Mr. Schuber, was impressed with his stay at M-Hotel. He was very pleased with the hotel in general, friendly and helpful staff, and especially enjoyed his room, as did 18 clients from Great Britain who spent 1 night at your property and will return in about a week for another night. I must comment on the exceptional services provided to the English group by your Restaurant – the Manager was present at 6:30am and personally assisted with the setup of buffet breakfast. Naturally, our customers were very impressed and grateful for such outmost care, as their trip to Island Valaam was much more pleasant after the delicious meal (other hotels would only be able to provide boxed breakfast at this early hour).
