PAYMENT
You can make prepayment for accommodation or Visa Support letter only after confirmation of your reservation in our hotel.
Prepayment can be done by cash or credit card directly in our hotel / by credit card on-line via our site / by credit card with authorization form.
Prepayment should be made not later than 24 hours prior to check-in time (14:00) date of arrival.
CANCELLATION
if you cancel your reservation up to one day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged (we can return your money back).
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Payment for the Visa Support Letter is nonrefundable.
Payment in cash
Cash & credit card payment in “M-hotel”. You can pay (in advance) for the room directly in “M-hotel” in cash or by bank card (Visa card, Master card, Maestro card, Diners card, Discover card, JCB card, American Express). Payment by credit card ON-LINE
You can pay (in advance) for accommodation or ny other services by credit card ON-LINE. This payment is possible only with Visa and MasterСard. The confidentiality of your details and payments are guaranteed by secure file transfer mode (SSL) and system PayKeeper . It is safe on-line system used for payment with plastic cards on the Internet for a long period of time. Information about your plastic card is encrypted and accessible only by you. Payment is considered after authorization of your credit card.
Payment by credit card with authorization form
You can pay (in advance) for the first night or Visa Support letter by credit card with authorization form .This payment is possible only with Visa and Master cards. After hotel confirmation of booking, the operator of “M-hotel” will send you authorization form via e-mail. Guest needs to fill it in and sign, then send us back by e-mail sales@mtpl.ru
